EggMart and the developer phonify.com (herein “EggMart”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides an app for iOS and Android mobile devices.

EggMart is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information about you (“personal information”) is collected, used and disclosed by EggMart. This Privacy Policy applies to our website and our software products (collectively, “our Service”).

By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to this Privacy Policy which is part of our Terms of Service.

What We Collect

We collect minimal personal information from our users in a variety of ways, including:

• For customers: we do not require registration. We may ask for a name to help the farm identify your order, but a first name only or nickname is sufficient.
• For farms: we may collect and store personal information when you register for our Service or provide to us in some other manner. For example, we may collect your email address and password.
• Your location. With your permission, the EggMart app may request your location in order to find farms near you.
• We do not receive information from social networking sites, nor do we have any affiliation with them. Neither do we receive information about you from third parties.

How We Use Personal Information

We may use your data in the following ways:

• Authorization and authentication: We use your login email/password to verify you when you access your account.
• We use your information to operate, maintain, and provide you the features and functionality of the Service. The primary goal of the software platform is to provide a marketplace for farm fresh eggs.
• To communicate with you. E.g., when we respond to a technical support or other inquiry.
• We will never send you unsolicited email communications. However, we may send you Service-related emails or messages (e.g., messages transmitted between farmers and customers).

Cookies and Tracking

Like any other website, we use ‘cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

Sharing

We may share your personal information with other members of the Service. For example, your farm products and pricing may be shared with potential customers.

We do not share your information with third parties.

You have several choices available when it comes to information about you:

• You may opt out of receiving email communications from us.
• You may choose to have your email name, email address and other information removed from our software Services.

EggMart cares about the security of your information and employs physical, administrative, and technological safeguards designed to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect and that we share with our service providers.

Your information collected through the Service may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which EggMart maintain facilities. If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. or any other country in which our service providers maintain facilities.

Third Party Services

You may control the EggMart app’s access to your device information through your “Settings” feature on your device. For instance, you can withdraw permission for the app to access your location and send you “push” notifications.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to for our internal purposes. When you deactivate your account, including if you are removed from the EggMart desktop application data, we will remove your information from view by others on the Service

Minors Under 13

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information collected from a child under 13, please contact us.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the “Last Revision” date below and will post the updated Policy on the website. Continuing to use our Services after we publish changes to this Privacy Policy means that you are consenting to the changes.
